Insurance Information

As of September 15, 2023, we will no longer be participating providers. This decision was not an easy one, but it was made with the intent of providing the highest quality care to our patients. While we have always strived to provide excellent service, being a participating provider has made it difficult for us to be fairly compensated for the care we provide. We want to assure you that we will continue to maintain our high standard of care and that we value you as a patient and a member of the Vienna Dental Care family. We are committed to establishing fair and reasonable fees for our services based on the cost of running our office and providing the necessary care to you and all our patients. We understand that this news may prompt questions or concerns, and we encourage you to reach out to our office at (703) 281-1311. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have and to assist you in any way possible. Thank you for your continued support and trust in our practice.

Why Patients Need X-Rays

Dental X-Rays (images and radiographs) play a crucial role in assessing your oral health by providing valuable insights. They enable your dentist to examine various aspects, including the jaw bone, tooth roots, unerupted teeth, and contact areas between teeth. Importantly, X-rays can detect conditions at early stages, often before symptoms manifest.

Conditions X-Rays Can Help Detect:

  • Decay in teeth or beneath existing restorations (e.g., crowns, old fillings)

  • Bone diseases

  • Abscesses or cysts

  • Signs of periodontal (gum) disease

  • Developmental and other abnormalities

  • Certain types of tumors

  • Injuries from accidents or trauma

  • Evidence of systemic illnesses

At our practice, all New Patient appointments include a comprehensive examination and a series of digital X-rays. These digital X-rays emit 90% less radiation than traditional X-rays, ensuring your safety while providing essential diagnostic information to tailor our care to your unique needs.
